When the slope becomes particularly steep, the confidence in one's abilities gives way to the uncertainty of handling the skis. This is why we offer you a steep ski course where we will reveal the secrets and techniques to descend safely on steeper slopes, and have fun in the process!
The course includes 3 full days on the mountain, your Guide will select the most suitable locations depending on snow condition, safety and the ability level of all participants. The idea is to ensure that everyone in the group can savor the best snow and learn how to deal on slopes over 40° steep. Be ready to be taken out of your comfort zone, for it’s the only way to move forward in improving your skills!
Each Guide can take a maximum of 5 people
Included in the fee: the Guide service, liability insurance, and personal safety equipment if required (ARTVA tranceiver, shovel, probe).
Not included in the fee: anything not mentioned in "included". Travel costs will be divided between participants. Possibility to spend one or more nights in a hut, to be agreed with participants
Equipment provided by Mountime: personal safety equipment (ARTVA tranceiver, shovel and probe).
Personal equipment required: complete ski touring equipment, ice ax, ice crampons, ski crampons, adequate clothing including warm gloves and hat, sun glasses, backpack, hot drinks, food and energy snacks, a change of clothing.
Should you require specific gear please let us know, we will do our best to help you, and in case we will refer you to one of our recommended ski rental shops.
