Our proposed itinerary is suitable to active individuals and families with children aged 8 years or older. Should you wish to try Rock Climbing during the course of the trek please do let us know, your Guide can bring along the necessary climbing equipment for a lesson on one of the crags available en route.

The Ring of Brenta Dolomites

Day 1: meet your guide in Madonna di Campiglio (or travel to the meeting point with him if need be). From Vallesinella we hike up to Malga Vallesinella Alta and then onto Rifugio Casinei, along the course of the river. Our first night is spent here, after a total of 3 hours walk.
Day 2: after a plentiful breakfast we leave Rifugio Casinei in direction of Rifugio Brentei, our destination. The hike take us first to Rifugio Tuckett, from here we follow “sentiero Fridolin” that leads to the Fridolin pass. We descend on the Bogani path until we reach Rifugio Brentei, our home for the night – about 4 hours.
Day 3: another day, another adventure! Today we hike from Rifugio Brentei in direction of Rifugio Selvata, hiking on the Bogani path we reach Bocca di Brenta, move across it and then we descend to Rifugio Pedrotti to reach our home for the night, Rifugio Selvata – about 5 hours.
Day 4: today we immerse ourselves in the heart of the Brenta massif, leaving Rifugio Selvatta in direction of Malga Spora. The route twists and turns at the foot of the majestic Crozon dell’Altissimo peak, passing through the Clame’s pass with unforgettable landscapes - 5-6 hours.
Day 5: it’s the end of our adventure and it’s time to hike back to Vallesinella, our starting point. The itinerary takes us through the Gaiarda pass and the Grostè pass to reach Rifugio Graffer and the Corna Rossa  – about 5 hours.

 

Costs conditions and materials

Each Guide can take a maximum of 8 people

Included in the fee: the Mountain Guide service and insurance.

Not included in the fee: 4 nights accommodation on half board basis at local mountain huts (approx €50-60 per person), and anything not mentioned in "included".

Transfer and Guide's expenses will be divided between participants.

Equipment provided by Mountime: trekking poles if required

Personal equipment: adequate clothing (preferably multi layer), warm jacket and windproof jacket, hiking boots or trekking shoes, warm hat and gloves, backpack with water and snacks, overnight clothing, toileteries and sheet sleeping bag.
