The “Alta via del granito” itinerary

Day 1: from Malga Sorgazza in direction of Cima d’Asta we climb up to the Brentari hut where we spend the night.
Day 2: from the Brentari hut we move in direction of the forcella Socede (a small pass), and we descend to forcella Magna. We climb up to the lakes of Lasteati and we follow the path flancking the Tombola Nera peak. Finally we descend to the Caldenave hut where we spend the night. The trip is mainly in slight up and down hill and cross the trenches and outposts of the Great War.
Day 3: retourn to Malga Sorgazza from the area of Cimon Rava, passing from the Costa Brunella Lake, on the paths following the war's boundaries. Some technical steps but with great landscapes.

*optional: it’s possible to add one day to the hiking joining with the “Anello del Zimon” (Zimon ring), a new path exploring the north face of Cima d’Asta and climb the top of the peak, getting back to the Brentari hut for the overnight.
