Here we explore five of the most classic and famous multi-pitch routes in the region, which have fascinated generations of adventure lovers around the world.

- Via Kiene at Castelletto Inferiore, Brenta Dolomites: the history of the first ascent of this route is lost in myth, and to think that Ernst and Kurt Kiene climbed this impressive wall already in 1910, with the equipment of the time, really leaves with open mouth. It is a route not to be missed even today, on excellent quality gray rock. Difficulty 5°, length 270m

- “Il Pollice” of Sassolungo, Dolomiti di Fassa: for those looking for a balance between technical difficulty and natural beauty, the Pollice is a climb to put on the wish list. This multi-pitch climb is renowned for its exposed ridge, with the splendid panorama of the Fassa Dolomites and Val Gardena as a backdrop. Difficulty 4°, length 250m

- Spigolo del Velo at the Cima della Madonna, Pale di San Martino: immersed in the heart of the Pale di San Martino, the Spigolo del Velo is among the most famous climbs of all the Dolomites. Difficulty 5°+, length 400m

- Via “Incompiuta” at Monte Colodri, Arco-Valle del Sarca: this route, recently built, has earned considerable fame in just a few years, as it offers splendid climbing with high difficulties along the entire route. Difficulty 6°+, length 300m.

-Via “Dibona” at the Roda de Vael, Catinaccio: the mountain guide Angelo Dibona was a bit like the Alex Honnold of his time, a true champion, and retracing his footsteps is always a great satisfaction. This great classic on the "red wall" must be part of the curriculum of every self-respecting Dolomite skier. Difficulty 5°, length 300m.
